Return & Refund Policy
At Perfyou (“Perfyou”, “we”, “our”), we take pride in offering high-quality, anti-tarnish jewellery and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, refunds, and exchanges under the policy outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories intact
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
2. Return Request Timeline
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7–15 days from the date of approval
Perfyou reserves the right to decline returns that fall outside this timeframe.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via perfyou23@gmail.com
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or similar product, subject to availability
- All exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns
- Replacement products will be shipped after the original item is received and verified
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@perfyou.in with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
In such cases, Perfyou will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery
- Jewellery that has been altered, resized, or customized
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
7. Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Perfyou will cover return shipping costs
- For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery
8. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

- Include your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
